Congrats on your studies! Now let’s apply it at work.

Design students deserve to know what working in the real world is really like. That’s why I get blunt and discuss solutions for the gap in how educators focus on the ideal way to work and what is actually possible given the workplace infrastructure.

Richard has held lectures for Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and Dalarna University (DU), for students in different courses and classes for several years.

The topics have varied from working with design processes in corporate environments to how UX and UI is actually scaleable depending on the organisations internal structure.

The lectures have been highly praised as memorable, and even a favourite, within the course study by students.

I took help from the lecture "Cases from Reality" where Richard told us about they ways of working and it helped me with my current project.
